Appointments

We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. In the event that you are running late, please notify us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated to your service. As a courtesy to all clients, our services are completed as scheduled. We appreciate your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.

Gift Certificates

Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries and holiday gifts, as well as employees and business clients. Please call us or drop by to purchase a gift certificate for that special person today.

Cancellation Policy

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice of your scheduled hair cut and style appointment.

We require a 48-hour cancellation for a hair extensions left or refresh appointment.

We require a 72-hour cancellation for a full install of hair extensions.

 If you fail to do so, it will result in a retainer for future appointments for the cost of entire service booked.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment and do not call to cancel, you will be charged the full amount.
